MISSIONS AUCTION

Support the 2025 short-term missions teams! Be a part of God's work locally and around the world. You can help in three ways: 

DONATE:
A skill, service or new item to be auctioned off. Print a form now, complete it and turn it in at any campus welcome desk or to the church office at the Chesterton Campus.

Donation forms, along with items, are due on Sunday, March 30, 2025.

We are looking for new items, service, & experiences: event tickets, vacation getaways, pool party, private cooking class, airplane ride, baked goods, handyman work, car detailing, pet sitting, custom furniture, beauty products.



ATTEND

The 2025 Missions Auction is on Saturday, April 12 . This a great opportunity to have fun bidding against friends and neighbors to raise funds for the missions teams.

  • There is an optional dinner. Purchase tickets in advance. Just $8 each. Dinner will be catered by Pestos this year and include: vodka chicken, cajun grilled chicken and rice, baked ziti, salad, breadsticks, and dessert.

  • Childcare is available for $2 each child, ages newborn — 5th grade and includes a meal in the childcare area.

  • Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, April 9.

 

PRAY for each of the teams going out to serve: Rio Grande, Germany, North Carolina (Hurricane Helene relief), Joni & Friends, and Greece.

Enter through Door A

  • 5 pm — Silent Auction begins

  • 5 pm – 6 pm — Dinner is served in the Gym (CH)

  • 6:40 pm — Silent Auction closes

  • 7 pm — Program in the Gym (CH)

  • 7:15 pm — Live Auction begins in the Gym (CH)
